Building your brand through images, written content, and imaginative programming takes thoughtful planning and execution. If you need to launch, refresh, or reimagine your brand, I can guide you through the process and provide a sounding board for ideas and implementation.

“I was referred to Janet Jarriel by a mutual friend and client. What I submitted to Janet was a collage of mismatched performing experiences through various programs, reviews, resumes and bios. She was able to create a cohesive picture of my artistic expression from the materials I sent and her thought-provoking inquires. She brought out the best in me and my craft.”
Jeryl Cunningham-Fleming, D.M.A., soprano

Written Biographies
-When you open any given website, season brochure, or individual program book, you should be proud to read your bio, of any length. It should tell your story. I’ve written bios for leading artists of all kinds. Take a peek at a few here:

Publicity Still Images and Videos
-Pictures are, as they say, worth a thousand words. You want yours to be so compelling that they are chosen for the front of the season brochure or the featured social media post, etc. Lighting, background, talent placement, apparel, styling, and cost (expensive doesn’t necessarily equal good) all factor into a great photoshoot resulting in serviceable photos that will actually be used by presenters as well noticed by the general public. Good photos can actually save you a ton of money and “buy” you a lot of publicity.

Press Releases
– Need to get word out about a new position you’ve taken, a promotion, a new role, a debut, an honor or award, a new book or project? One puzzle piece you will need is a well written, informative, and engaging press release. Take a look at a few I’ve written recently.

– Capturing the imagination of an audience is hard work. If you need a sounding board for program ideas and guidance through all of the necessary people and steps to launch an innovative program, I’d be excited to hear your ideas and help them become a reality.
